Perhaps you’ve seen the latest update on the Ali Moosa Show website, I have a similarly thrilling update to share.
As of April 27, 2026, The Ali and Macara Show will have been on the air for one year.
If you’ve listened since the early days, you might remember that we began as Ali and Macara’s Books, focusing on the same weekly book chats we do now.
By August, Ali and I started discussing the name change, as we were also diving into tech topics and the exclusive emphasis on books was becoming restrictive. So, by December of last year, Ali and Macara’s Books became The Ali and Macara Show, a part of the then newly named, The Moosa Slobodian Network.
During the time before the name change, as well as throughout this entire year, we’ve made sure you can find us on a variety of platforms: YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Audible, Tunein and iHeart, as well as figuring out which social media sites were best suited to delivering updates and engaging with our listeners.
All of the changes we have made have gone towards making the show easily accessible to you, which is where this update comes in. As of May 6, 2026, thealiandmacarashow.ca will be going away. All of the show content and updates will now be on themoosaslobodiannetwork.ca, with their own categories and subcategories; you can select which categories and shows you want to receive email updates about. That’s right, all of the shows and network updates in one place.
If you’re subscribed to this site, no need to worry, you have been moved over to the network site.
